Tollywood beauty Anushka issued summons from Bheemili court of Vishakapatnam,Along with Anushka Shetty, Rama Rajamouli, Mr N. Bulli Reddy and Vijaylakshmi have been issued summons by the Bhimili Civil Court to appear before the court on January 28, 2011.Four years ago, Anushka purchased a property in Boyapalem, Madhurawada from a person named Bullireddy for Rs. 5 crores without knowing that the site actually belongs to an NRI named Lingmurthy.Later, Lingmurthy filed a petition in the Court, claiming that the land belonged to him and it was sold to the actress without his knowledge. The Court issued summons to the actress several times, but she did not turn up for hearing so far. According to sources, actor Ravi Teja and director Rajamouli are also involved in this land dispute.Many of them have solved the problem by convincing linguswamy but Anushka is not able to sole and if she doesn't put an end to this she will be arrested by polce and taken to court in order to avoid this she must speak to land owner and convince him.This has become a sensational news and hot topic in tollywood as she is the top heroine in south.Police are at prsent in search of Anushka but she is not been caught as she is busy in tollywood and kollywood with handfull of films.Hope so Anushka would get rid of this problem as soon as possible because she has unknowingly purchased the land.
