Sources say that Aishwarya would have missed the chance to become Miss World if she would have signed the project with AmirKhan.Inorder to know the reason behind this we have to go back to Aishwarya rai's previous interviews where in she has told that she was offered the role played by Karishma kapoor in Raja Hindusthani.Those days were her starting days and she has rejected that project but she never feels sad about this because she feels that the decision taken by her at that time was correct because if she would have accepted she wouldnt have got Miss World Title and she would have got name only as a heroine.but as she missed that project she has become popular in two ways as a heroine and a miss world.She also said that "we have to lose somethings inoder to gain somethings".She also said that she has been successfull in her modelling career,miss world compitition and also her film career.
